Bruce Wollaber and Jim Napolitano, Co-Owners

Bruce Wollaber and Jim Napolitano, Co-Owners

Bruce and Jim have a combined total of over 25 years of design experience working for major manufacturers such as Carrier Corporation and International Comfort Products. Bruce is also a registered Professional Engineer and a certified Geoexchange Designer. Their vision has been to create an HVAC company that is capable of analyzing a customer’s needs and offer effective solutions utilizing the best technologies available. These technologies include multi-stage equipment, zoning systems, dual fuel, indoor air quality, and geothermal installations, among others.


Nick Napolitano, Project Manager

Nick Napolitano, Project Manager

Nick graduated from UT in August of 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also has had plenty of experience with CES, working as an installer and technician during the summers before graduation. He has been certified in Manual J load calculation procedures and is fully trained in duct design and installation. As project manager he sizes equipment, prices installations, and sees the jobs through to completion.


Dan Matlock, Project Manager

Dan graduated from UT in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration and Logistics. He has been a quick learner and has developed a good understanding of the fundamentals of designing and installing an HVAC system. He has overseen several large projects for CES, and has become the primary contact for several of our builder customers.


Ryan Sanford, Service Manager

Ryan Sandford, Service Manager

Ryan was raised in an HVAC business that was started by his Great Grandfather in Ohio.  After graduating from Ohio State University he returned to that business and helped run it for four years, until he moved to Tennessee.  He has excellent technical and customer service skills and knows exactly what it takes to produce a quality installation.  He is responsible for overseeing the installation and technical staff, assisting with scheduling, training, and making sure all quality standards are met.

David Bowers, Comfort Consultant

One of the requirements of being a successful Comfort Consultant is to have a complete understanding of today’s technology and product line in order to sort through the many options and customize the best solution for the customer. Dave is just the person to do this, with 10 years of experience plus ongoing training both in-house and from our product suppliers. Whether the need be for geothermal, duel fuel, indoor air quality or simply a replacement system, Dave does a terrific job satisfying a customer’s needs without breaking their budget.
