About Us
Bruce Wollaber and Jim Napolitano, Co-Owners
Bruce and Jim have a combined total of over 25 years of design experience working for major manufacturers such as Carrier Corporation and International Comfort Products. Bruce is also a registered Professional Engineer and a certified Geoexchange Designer. Their vision has been to create an HVAC company that is capable of analyzing a customer’s needs and offer effective solutions utilizing the best technologies available. These technologies include multi-stage equipment, zoning systems, dual fuel, indoor air quality, and geothermal installations, among others.
Nick Napolitano, Project Manager
Nick graduated from UT in August of 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also has had plenty of experience with CES, working as an installer and technician during the summers before graduation. He has been certified in Manual J load calculation procedures and is fully trained in duct design and installation. As project manager he sizes equipment, prices installations, and sees the jobs through to completion.
Steven Hicks, Service Manager
Steven has been employed by CES since March of 2004. A native Nashvillian, he graduated from Tennessee Technology with a diploma in Environmental Control System Technician, HVAC and Refrigeration. He has also obtained certifications as a NATE technician, EPA refrigerant type universal, and in Manual J load calculations. Steven’s technical expertise is very strong, and as service manager he can help the technicians in the field diagnose challenging problems. He also is very good at analyzing customer’s needs and proposing effective solutions.
Gary Wise, Jr., Supervisor
Gary started with CES as a technician in March of 2006. He successfully completed the HVAC/R Environmental Control Systems Technician program at Tennessee Technology in 2005. He has certification for EPA refrigerant type universal and R-410A refrigerant, and as a NATE technician. A fast learner, Gary was promoted to supervisor in December 2006. His job is to oversee the installation crews, provide technical guidance and be sure all quality standards are followed.
Sue Yiarte, Office Manager
Chances are, when you call the office, that pleasant sounding voice that answers the phone will be Sue. She has been office manager since March of 2003, and brought with her considerable customer service and administration skills from the Health care field. If you need to schedule a service call, ask about an invoice, or get an inspection, Sue will be the one to help you. She’s also a big help to the rest of the staff!
